clears it so the calendar charges the service’s price. Send
price_cents as a number of cents to set it, or null to clear it.
A calendar price is refused while the service’s price_cents is null.
A price of zero is refused when the service’s payment_mode is full
or deposit_percent, and accepted on none and deposit_fixed.
Clearing the service’s price with PUT /v1/services/{id} clears every
calendar price on it.
