Cancel a booking

This endpoint cancels the booking the token identifies. The token is the only credential.

The service’s cancel notice applies. If the notice window has closed, the endpoint refuses the request. Read can_cancel first to avoid a failed call.

A cancellation clears the token. Then the same token gives a 404.
